Can I try ViralFarm before paying?
Yes — both plans start with a 7-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from Settings before then.
What are AI credits and what do they cover?
Credits fuel content generation: a Pinterest pin costs 1 credit, a reel 2, and a slideshow 4. Pro includes 400 credits a month (up to 400 pins, 200 reels, or 100 slideshows) and Premium includes 1,000. Scheduling and publishing are never metered.
Do unused credits roll over?
No — your balance resets to your plan’s full amount at each monthly renewal, so use them freely. Consistent daily posting is exactly what the allowance is sized for.
What’s the difference between Pro and Premium?
Premium is Pro with more room: 15 connected social accounts instead of 5, 1,000 monthly AI credits instead of 400, and priority support. Every feature — templates, scheduler, editor, AI agents — is included in both.
Which platforms can I publish to?
TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Connect your accounts once and schedule one batch across all of them.
Can I post from Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI agents?
Yes — both plans include ViralFarm’s MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible agent can generate, upload, and schedule posts for you. Setup takes about two minutes at myviral.farm/mcp.
Can I use my own photos, videos, and copy?
Absolutely. Upload your own media and captions and schedule them as-is, or drop your content into viral templates and let ViralFarm handle the design. The scheduler treats your uploads exactly like generated posts.
Will anything publish without my approval?
No. You review everything before it goes out, and you stay in control after: send TikToks to drafts, test Instagram trial reels on non-followers first, and pull any queued post back before it fires.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel in one click from Settings. You keep full access to your plan until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for, and your account and content remain yours afterwards.
